How to: Use the console
To be able to use the console you have to follow these easy steps
1:Go into the half-life working directory
(Typically c:\sierra\halflife\)
2:Right click on HL.EXE and click "Create
Shoutcut"
3:Right click on the new "Shortcut to
HL" and click on the "Shortcut" tab
4: It should say "c:\sierra\halflife\hl.exe"
somewhere around there. Add a space, "-dev", another space, and a "-console"
5:Run halflife and click the console button
now located at the top left hand corner and type in your cheats.
